Within the scope of our University’s preparations for the Institutional Accreditation process scheduled for May 2026, a comprehensive evaluation meeting was held at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences on April 8, 2026, as part of the guidance and consultation visits organized to support quality assurance practices.
The program, conducted with the participation of the quality team chaired by our Vice Rector, Prof. Dr. Zafer CEYLAN, addressed the academic and administrative processes of our faculty within the framework of a quality-oriented management approach.
As part of the meeting, an initial session was held with the faculty administration, during which managerial processes, institutional functioning mechanisms, communication structures, and the alignment of existing practices with quality standards were evaluated.
In the subsequent sessions, attended by our academic staff, issues such as the systematic recording of academic activities, the regular reporting of performance indicators, and the monitoring of program outcomes were discussed in detail. In particular, the importance of activity and performance reports in strengthening institutional memory and ensuring the effective implementation of accreditation processes was emphasized.
Furthermore, evaluations were made regarding the updating of course information packages within the scope of educational activities, the alignment of learning outcomes with measurement and evaluation methods, and the review of program competencies.
The standardization of administrative processes, the effective use of process management guidelines, and the sustainability of quality standards in service processes were also among the key agenda items of the meeting.
It is considered that the visits and evaluations carried out will make significant contributions to strengthening the quality culture of our faculty, supporting institutional development processes, and effectively maintaining accreditation preparations.
As the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, we continue our efforts with determination in line with our quality-oriented management approach.
